One of the main issues that is of interest to most of the patients is what side effects can be caused by a certain medication, and the same goes for Cialis. In fact, with Cialis, as with all other erectile dysfunction pills, this is an even more important issue, as the side effects that are possible when taking these medications are so much emphasized by the companies selling herbal products and other natural remedies for ED. Namely, due to the fact that their products supposedly cause absolutely no side effects, these companies like to smear the FDA-approved ED drugs by telling people how those side effects are not worth the benefits.
In fact, the situation is like this. Orange juice also causes no side effects, right? However, you would still not take it for your erectile dysfunction. And the same goes for these herbal remedies. If you have no effects on a certain condition, you cannot really talk about not having any side effects. On the other hand, there are absolutely no medications, proper medications, tested and trialed and approved by the FDA that have no side effects. Therefore, it would be lying saying that Cialis has no known side effects. However, as with all other mediations, the companies that make ED pills, and Cialis have done everything possible to minimize these side effects. In fact, Cialis is known for causing much less side effects than the other two ED drugs, Levitra and Viagra, due to its selectivity. Still, there is no denying that there is a possibility that Cialis may cause certain side effects.
In the vast majority of cases, these side effects are less serious ones, such as headaches, flushing, sore throat, stuffy nose, muscle pain, sneezing, back pain and some mild gastrointestinal side effects. These side effects are nothing to worry about, as they usually go away on their own after some time. However, if you should continue to experience these long after your dose of Cialis, you should still inform your doctor. In some, very rare cases, some more serious side effects of Cialis may occur. These include: lightheadedness, convulsions, short breath, irregular heartbeat, sweating, chest pains, pain spreading to the arm, sudden changes in hearing and vision or the loss of the two, fainting, swelling of the ankles, feet and hands as well as erections that are prolonged and painful.
Of course, like with any other medications, it is also possible to have an allergic reaction to Cialis, and the signs of such a reaction include difficulties breathing, hives, swelling of the throat, tongue, lips and face. Finally, if you experience symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, any pain, tingling or numbness in your neck, arms, jaw or chest while engaging in sexual intercourse, stop at once and contact your doctor.
Of course, if you feel any other unusual symptoms that were not mentioned here, do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
